Job Description

We are seeking talented individuals to join our team as Textile Knitting and Weaving Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders. This role involves operating and maintaining advanced textile machinery, ensuring quality fabric production, and working collaboratively to meet production goals.

Responsibilities

• Setup, operate, and fine-tune machinery for optimal performance.
• Monitor production runs and ensure fabric quality.
• Assist in training new operators on machine handling and safety procedures.
• Implement best practices for machinery upkeep and operational efficiency.
• Prepare machine for each run by loading materials and performing tests.
• Communicate any defects or machinery malfunctions to management promptly.

Requirements

Education

• Vocational training in textile manufacturing or related field

Experience

• 2 to 5 years of experience in textile setting or operations

Technical Skills

• Textile Equipment Setup

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with automated textile systems: Hands-on experience with automated knitting and weaving technologies.
