Job Description

We are seeking a skilled First-Line Supervisor of Production and Operating Workers to manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of our factory. The successful candidate will ensure production schedules, quality control standards, and safety policies are met.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily briefings with team members on production priorities.
• Monitor and maintain machinery and production equipment.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
• Plan and coordinate production schedules with available resources.

Requirements

Education

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
