Job Description

We're on the lookout for Multiple Machine Tool Setters, Operators, and Tenders who will be crucial in ensuring that our tools and machinery operate efficiently and produce top-notch output. Candidates should have a solid background in machinery operation, adherence to safety protocols, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Run and monitor machinery to ensure it operates efficiently.
• Conduct quality checks and make adjustments as necessary.
• Assist in training new operators and assisting with onboarding.
• Immediately report any safety concerns to management.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
• Engage in regular discussions with the team to enhance processes.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade

Experience

• Experience with CNC machinery is an advantage.

Technical Skills

• CNC Operation
• Welding and Fabrication

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Effective communication

Certifications

• CNC Operator Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar software: Ability to read and create technical drawings and specifications.
