Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our logistics operations in Gladstone. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the warehouse team, ensuring efficient inventory management, and optimizing supply chain processes. The ideal candidate has a background in warehouse operations and exceptional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct warehouse operations to meet agreed performance levels.
• Ensure staff adherence to procedures and company policies.
• Plan and coordinate logistics for incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Train staff on new processes and equipment usage.
• Evaluate team performance and provide feedback.
• Manage equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Respond to operational issues swiftly to minimize disruption.
• Assist in the development of strategic plans for warehouse improvements.
• Liaise with external partners for resource and support.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and deliveries.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Logistics or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in logistics or warehouse management
