Your responsibilities will include operating lead forming machinery and ensuring compliance with safety protocols while working closely with engineers and designers. Responsibilities

• Shape lead materials according to detailed specifications.
• Implement and monitor quality control measures throughout the production cycle.
• Evaluate equipment performance and suggest upgrades as needed.
• Engage with suppliers regarding material quality and specifications.
• Assist in planning production schedules and workflows.
