Job Description
Join our dedicated fabrication team as a Lead Former at ABC Manufacturing. Your responsibilities will include operating lead forming machinery and ensuring compliance with safety protocols while working closely with engineers and designers. Your role will greatly influence the quality of our products.
Responsibilities
- Shape lead materials according to detailed specifications.
- Implement and monitor quality control measures throughout the production cycle.
- Evaluate equipment performance and suggest upgrades as needed.
- Engage with suppliers regarding material quality and specifications.
- Assist in planning production schedules and workflows.
Advantageous
- Strong leadership experience: Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a fabrication environment.
