Job Description

Responsibilities

• Utilize hand tools to finish hats with precision.
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance production processes.
• Participate in training sessions to improve skills and techniques.
• Document production output and report any discrepancies.

Requirements

Education

• Trade qualification or certificate in manufacturing is advantageous

Experience

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or textile environment is preferred

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of fabrics
• Basic computer skills
