Motorcycle Subassembler

Job Description

Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Motorcycle Subassembler! In this role, you will be responsible for assembling motorcycle components and subassemblies with precision, in line with technical diagrams and quality standards. We're looking for individuals with a keen eye for detail and a passion for motorcycles.

Responsibilities

• Assemble motorcycle components using hand tools and machinery.
• Conduct regular quality checks on assembled components.
• Follow instructions and specifications from technical documents.
• Report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors promptly.
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of assembly equipment.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to improve efficiency.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities and training.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Keep the workspace tidy and organized.
• Meet or exceed weekly production quotas.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Technical certifications in mechanical assembly preferred

Experience

• Prior experience in motorcycle or automotive assembly preferred.

Advantageous
