Toys Inspector

Job Description

Join our quality control team as a Toys Inspector, where you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and quality of our toys. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying issues and collaborating with our production and design teams to resolve them. Responsibilities

• Inspect toys at different manufacturing stages to meet safety and quality benchmarks.
• Collaborate with engineering and design departments to troubleshoot and resolve quality control issues.
• Conduct detailed safety tests and evaluate materials and components.
• Prepare and present clear reports about inspection findings to management.
• Document discrepancies and work towards corrective actions.
• Remain informed about evolving toy safety standards and best practices.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives for product safety.
• Mentor new inspectors in the department.

Requirements

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in quality assurance in the toy industry or similar.

Technical Skills

• Inspection Tools Proficiency
• Regulatory Compliance

Soft Skills

• Team Collaboration

Advantageous

• Advanced Knowledge of Manufacturing Processes: An understanding of modern toy manufacturing processes would be advantageous.
• Experience in Supervisory Roles: Prior experience in a supervisory role within quality control is a plus.
