Sewing Machine Operator

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a meticulous Sewing Machine Operator to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for operating sewing machines to produce high-quality paper bags while maintaining a keen eye for detail and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple types of sewing machines for efficient production.
• Ensure timely delivery of products by adhering to scheduled production runs.
• Conduct preventative maintenance checks on machinery.
• Assist in the development of production processes to enhance efficiency.
• Report any machinery issues to the Production Manager promptly.
• Keep accurate records of production runs and assist in inventory management.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certificate in Textile Technology or related field is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years experience in production sewing

• Sewing Techniques

Languages

• English: Fluent
