Job Description

As a Drilling and Boring Machine Tool Setter, you will be integral to our production team, performing precision machining tasks and collaborating with colleagues to achieve production targets.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust machinery for optimal performance.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Document production data and machine performance metrics.
• Work closely with the engineering team to address any design concerns.
• Participate in training and skill-enhancement opportunities.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant certification or diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Experience

• Additional experience with CNC machines preferred

Technical Skills

• CNC Programming
• Metallurgy Knowledge

Advantageous

• CNC Machine Experience: Experience with CNC spot facing machines.
• Quality Control Knowledge: Familiarity with quality control and inspection procedures.
