Industrial Machinery Mechanic

Job Description

As an Industrial Machinery Mechanic, you will be responsible for inspecting and maintaining machinery used in the felt production process. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our production equipment operates efficiently and meets quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of machinery used in felt production.
• Document defects and suggest improvements for machinery upgrades.
• Ensure that all machinery adheres to industry safety standards.
• Work closely with the maintenance team to rectify any identified issues.
• Participate in the development of maintenance schedules.
• Monitor machinery operations to ensure peak performance.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior mechanics.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certifications in machinery maintenance or engineering preferred

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
