Responsibilities

• Adjust and operate the stitch bonding machine to produce high-quality fabrics.
• Regularly inspect products for defects and rectify issues promptly.
• Document production and maintenance activities accurately.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain an orderly workspace.
• Work closely with the production team to meet daily output goals.
• Train new operators on machine functions and safety procedures.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production improvements.
• Contribute to the overall efficiency of the production process.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in textile production is preferred.

Languages

• English: Fluent
