We are seeking a dynamic Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimise our supply chain operations in Burnie. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of supply chain processes. This role involves managing inventory, overseeing logistics, and liaising with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products. You will play a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiencies and driving cost reductions across the supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of logistics strategies to improve delivery efficiency.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain success.
• Coordinate with international suppliers and handle import/export documentation.
• Stay updated on industry trends and innovations affecting supply chains.
• Foster strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners.
• Conduct training sessions for staff to improve supply chain practices.
• Utilise data analytics to forecast demand and improve order accuracy.
• Implement sustainability practices within the supply chain.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration
• Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in a supply chain management role
