Job Responsibilities
  • Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer requirements.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure packaging standards.
  • Maintain an organized and systematic work area.
  • Assist in the training of new team members as required.
  • Ensure timely delivery and accuracy of orders to customers.
  • Collaborate with shipping personnel to optimize operations.
  • Utilize safety equipment and follow safety protocols diligently.
  • Troubleshoot minor packaging issues independently.
Job Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Attention to Detail Proficient in ensuring accuracy and quality in packaging.
  • Familiarity with Inventory Management Software Experience using inventory management systems effectively.
  • Machine Operation Skills Capable of operating labeling and packaging machines.
  • Communication Strong verbal communication skills for effective teamwork.
  • Teamwork Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Time Management Effective at prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Forklift Certification (preferred)
  • English (Fluent)
Advantageous
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations: Understanding of safety protocols in a warehouse setting.
  • Experience with Quality Control Processes: Familiarity with quality assurance methods in packaging.
