Dimpling Machine Operator

Job Description

The Dimpling Machine Operator will play a crucial role in our production line, responsible for operating and maintaining the dimpling machine to produce high-quality dimpled sheets. A strong attention to detail and the ability to follow safety protocols are essential for this position.

Responsibilities

• Set up the dimpling machine for production runs and adjust settings as necessary.
• Monitor the production process to quickly identify and resolve any issues.
• Conduct regular machine maintenance and report malfunctions.
• Ensure that workplace safety standards are adhered to at all times.
• Collaborate with other team members to improve production efficiency.
• Document any changes made to machine settings or production processes.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational training in manufacturing is preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years of practical experience in a manufacturing environment

Technical Skills

• Preventative maintenance

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment: Previous experience in a similar setting enhances performance.
