Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled Supply Chain Analyst to join our team in Townsville. The successful candidate will be instrumental in analyzing supply chain processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective strategies to enhance operational efficiency. You will work closely with various departments to ensure seamless logistics and distribution operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Assist in developing inventory strategies to meet customer demand.
• Identify and resolve supply chain issues as they arise.
• Work closely with the finance team to manage budgets.
• Provide insights to improve operational strategies.
• Collaborate with the IT department to support technology enhancements.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain or logistics

Technical Skills

• Advanced Excel
• Forecasting Software

Soft Skills

• Project Management
• Negotiation

Certifications

• Certified Logistics, Transportation and Distribution (CLTD)
• Lean Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of sustainability practices: Understanding of sustainable supply chain practices and their implementation.
• Experience with supply chain risk management: Experience analyzing and mitigating risks in supply chain operations.
