Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled Heat Set Operator to join our team. The Heat Set Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining heat set printing equipment to produce high-quality prints on various materials. You will play a crucial role in our production process and work collaboratively with other team members.

Responsibilities

• Set up heat set machines to run different print jobs.
• Monitor printing quality and make adjustments as required.
• Document production output and machine performance.
• Work as part of a team to meet production deadlines.
• Educate new team members about machine operations and safety standards.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed during operation.
• Perform regular maintenance on machines to ensure longevity.
• Communicate with supervisors about any machine issues.
• Support other operators during high-demand periods.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives within the production environment.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required.

Experience

• Experience with various heat set printing materials is a plus.
