Job Description

We are seeking skilled Multiple Machine Tool Setters, Operators, and Tenders to produce high-quality electrodes. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Utilize technical drawings to guide machine operations.
• Work closely with quality control to ensure standards are met.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production line issues quickly.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on best practices.
• Create and maintain accurate logs of production activities.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years in a similar role; CNC operation experience preferred.

Technical Skills

• Operating CNC Machinery
• Machinery Setup and Calibration
• Safety Compliance

Soft Skills

• Problem Solving
• Strong Communication

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in Lean Manufacturing: Understanding of lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity.
• Familiarity with ERP Systems: Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for production management.
