You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products through meticulous testing and validation processes. Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and execute test cases for new and existing products.
• Investigate and document issues, suggesting improvements when necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to promote a quality-first mindset.
• Prepare test data and manage test environments effectively.
• Attend sprint planning and retrospective meetings to contribute to team improvement.
• Conduct root cause analysis for defects to avoid recurrence.
• Deliver results in a timely manner, meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
• Maintain thorough documentation of testing processes and outcomes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in software testing with a focus on automation

Technical Skills

• Selenium
• API Testing

Certifications

• Certified Software Tester (CST)
• Lean Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with TestRail or similar test management tools: Knowledge of organizing and managing test cases effectively.
• Familiarity with Continuous Integration (CI) processes: Understanding of CI/CD principles and tools.
