Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Automatic Outsole Cutter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining automatic cutting machines to ensure precise cutting of outsoles for footwear products.

Responsibilities

• Setup cutting machine for daily operations, ensuring all parameters are in check.
• Conduct quality checks of outsoles and report discrepancies immediately.
• Partake in regular team meetings to discuss productivity and safety.
• Enhance process efficiencies by suggesting improvements.
• Maintain a detailed log of all machinery operations and maintenance.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Footwear Manufacturing would be an advantage

Experience

• At least 3 years in the footwear manufacturing sector preferred.

Technical Skills

• Outsole cutting
• Safety protocols

Soft Skills

• Analytical thinking

Certifications

• Forklift Operator License

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Experience in quality control processes: Familiarity with QA standards in manufacturing.
