Responsibilities

• Develop springs from raw materials by utilising manual and machine processes.
• Ensure adherence to specifications through careful measurement and cutting.
• Operate spring forming machinery with precision and efficiency.
• Carry out inspections and tests to ensure each spring meets quality standards.
• Adjust spring characteristics to meet varying requirements.
• Maintain a tidy and safe working environment at all times.
• Collaborate with production team to meet daily targets.
• Comply with safety and operational guidelines at all times.
• Notify supervisors of any discrepancies in machinery operation.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certifications in relevant manufacturing processes

Experience

• A minimum of 2 years in hand spring forming is required.

Languages
