Job Description

As a Hammer Mill Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining Hammer Mill machines to grind, crush, or shred materials. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal machine performance while adhering to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Hammer Mill machinery efficiently.
• Ensure materials are loaded correctly into the machine.
• Monitor machinery performance and troubleshoot any issues.
• Document daily production metrics and incidents.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Support the maintenance team with inspections and repairs.
• Assist in inventory management of raw materials.
• Conduct safety checks and report hazards immediately.
• Collaborate with other departments as required.
• Continuously strive for operational excellence.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma required
• Certification in machinery operation is considered an advantage

Experience

• Experience in the agriculture or manufacturing sector preferred.
