Job Description

The Lacquer Sprayer is responsible for applying lacquer finishes on various wooden products, ensuring they are of high quality and meet customer expectations. Knowledge in the use of lacquer spraying equipment and techniques is essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and inspect surfaces prior to lacquer application.
• Use spray equipment to apply lacquer evenly on wooden surfaces.
• Ensure proper handling and maintenance of all spraying tools.
• Conduct quality checks on finished items to ensure they meet standards.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the workplace.
• Liaise with team members and management about production updates.
• Utilize time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any spray equipment issues as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness in the work area according to company policies.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma
• Trade qualification in carpentry or relevant field preferred

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
