Set-Up and Lay-Out Inspector

Job Description

The Set-Up and Lay-Out Inspector will be responsible for ensuring the quality of set-up and layout procedures in the manufacturing process. You will work closely with other team members to guarantee that all products meet stringent quality standards and will help drive continuous improvement within the processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee equipment inspections to guarantee operational readiness.
• Analyze layout effectiveness and recommend adjustments.
• Enforce documentation standards for all set-up processes.
• Detect and report any process inefficiencies.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products.
• Update quality control records as required.
• Facilitate staff training on inspection protocols.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure adherence to standards.
• Follow health and safety regulations closely.
• Support continuous quality improvement efforts.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate or Diploma in Quality Control or related field
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is preferred

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

Languages
