Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled Mixing and Blending Machine Setter to join our dynamic manufacturing team in Sydney. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operating blending machinery and a strong understanding of various mixing techniques. You will play a crucial role in ensuring operational efficiency and product quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor mixing and blending machines to achieve optimal production output.
• Conduct quality checks on blended materials, adjusting processes as needed.
• Assist in the development and improvement of blending techniques and workflows.
• Implement and adhere to safety protocols and production guidelines.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or inconsistencies to the Production Manager.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and improvements.
• Assist in training staff on new equipment and processes.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Relevant certifications in manufacturing are a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years experience in a similar role, with hands-on mixing experience
