Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Procurement Officer to manage the strategic sourcing of goods and services for our company. You will play a critical role in ensuring that we receive the best quality products at the most competitive prices while maintaining compliance with procurement policies.

Responsibilities

  • Assess the quality of products purchased and resolve any issues with suppliers.
  • Implement procurement best practices and improve processes.
  • Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Conduct supplier audits to maintain quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases and contract negotiations.
  • Evaluate supplier performance against key performance indicators.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in procurement.
  • Assist in budget management related to procurement activities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management
