Production Worker (Spinner Operator)

Job Description

As a Spinner Operator, you will play a crucial role in our textile manufacturing process. Your primary responsibility will be to operate and maintain spinning machines, ensuring that production targets are met while upholding our high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating spinning machines and a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate spinning machinery, adjusting settings for optimum performance.
• Conduct regular quality checks on yarn outputs.
• Implement maintenance protocols to ensure machinery is in good working order.
• Assist in troubleshooting issues that arise during operations.
• Document production activities and report to the Production Supervisor.
• Participate in training sessions for new hires.
• Actively contribute to team efforts in achieving production targets.
• Maintain a clean workspace in compliance with workplace safety regulations.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Technical certification in Textile Processing is advantageous

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role
