Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Bulk Loader to join our operations team. This role involves efficiently loading and unloading bulk materials while ensuring adherence to safety regulations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be physically capable of handling heavy lifting.

Responsibilities

• Utilize bulk loading machinery for effective material handling.
• Inspect and ensure the integrity of materials prior to loading/unloading.
• Regulate material flow and distribution during operational tasks.
• Document and record all loading and unloading actions accurately.
• Engage in preventive maintenance of bulk loading equipment.
• Comply with workplace health and safety guidelines at all times.
• Coordinate closely with fellow team members and superiors.
• Report and address any operational challenges promptly.
• Drive initiatives aimed at improving work efficiency.
• Support additional operational roles as required.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certification in forklift operation preferred

Experience

• Prior experience in bulk loading or logistics operations is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Heavy lifting
• Equipment operation

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Teamwork

Certifications

• First Aid/CPR Certification (advantageous)
• Forklift License (preferred)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with conveyor systems: Hands-on experience operating conveyor systems for bulk materials.
• Knowledge of safety regulations: Understanding of health and safety regulations specific to bulk material handling.
