Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Machine Operator to join our production team in Melbourne. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining our packaging and filling machines, ensuring that they function efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of machine operations, exhibit strong attention to detail, and possess the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure machines are set up correctly and running efficiently.
• Conduct regular inspections of machine components.
• Adjust machinery settings to improve performance.
• Maintain detailed logs of machine operation and maintenance.
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and other team members.
• Implement corrective actions based on inspection findings.
• Adhere to safety and health regulations.

• Help in the development of standard operating procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Trade qualification in manufacturing or engineering
• Relevant technical training

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
