We are seeking skilled Textile Cutting Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders for our seafood processing plant in Sydney. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cutting and preparing scallops for sale while adhering to quality control standards.

Responsibilities

• Utilize cutting machines to process seafood products efficiently.
• Perform quality checks on scallops to ensure they meet standards.
• Participate in regular cleaning and maintenance of work areas.
• Follow health and safety regulations at all times.
• Achieve production goals while maintaining high-quality output.
• Document production output and report discrepancies.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow.
• Engage in training sessions to enhance skills.
• Assist in stock management and inventory control.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required

Experience

• Previous experience in seafood processing or a similar industry is preferred but not essential.
