We are seeking a skilled Cap Maker to create high-quality caps that meet our customers' needs. This role involves using various tools and techniques to ensure exceptional quality and design.

Responsibilities

• Follow specific design instructions to create varied cap styles, including embroidery and printing.
• Ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality.
• Participate in design meetings to provide input on new styles and materials.
• Assist in training new staff members on cap-making techniques.
• Monitor material usage and report stock levels to management.
• Implement suggestions for process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Clothing and Textile Production
• Certificate IV in Fashion Design and Technology

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in cap making or a related field
