Job Description

As a harnessmaker, your primary responsibility will be to design, create, and repair a variety of horse harnesses tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients. You will collaborate closely with our team of equestrian experts to ensure that our products meet rigorous safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Expertly craft custom harnesses using various materials.
• Assist in the introduction of new products to the market.
• Conduct training sessions for new team members on harness-making techniques.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide knowledgeable assistance.
• Perform regular maintenance on tools and machinery used in the workshop.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant trade qualification or equivalent experience

Experience

• Experience in leatherworking or crafts is a plus
