Job Description

We're seeking experienced Adhesive Bonding Machine Operators to join our dynamic production team. The successful candidates will be responsible for preparing bonding agents, operating bonding equipment, and ensuring the highest quality standards in our manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that bonding processes comply with industry standards and regulations.
• Collect and report data on production metrics and quality outcomes.
• Engage in regular maintenance of bonding equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Work collaboratively with engineers to develop new bonding techniques.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Engineering (Mechanical Trade) or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in aerospace or automotive sectors.

Technical Skills

• Composite Materials Knowledge
• CNC Machining Experience

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Time Management

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Safety Regulations: Familiar with workplace safety standards relevant to manufacturing.
• Experience with Advanced Bonding Techniques: Hands-on experience with innovative bonding technologies is a plus.
