Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Coater Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for operating and maintaining coating machines to ensure optimal production processes. Your attention to detail will be vital as you inspect surfaces, manage coating materials, and collaborate with team members to meet strict quality standards. You will also engage in regular maintenance tasks to ensure equipment efficiency and adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Ensure optimal operation of coating, painting, and spraying machines.
• Conduct pre-operation inspections and equipment setup.
• Mix and prepare coating solutions based on specifications.
• Inspect finished products and report any defects or irregularities.
• Maintain thorough documentation regarding production and maintenance activities.
• Conduct regular safety audits to enhance workplace safety standards.
• Collaborate closely with maintenance personnel for machinery upkeep.
• Participate in team meetings to optimize production processes.
• Assist in training junior staff and new hires as needed.
• Uphold the highest standards of quality control and compliance.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 3 years of experience in a similar manufacturing role preferred

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of coating materials

Languages
