Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Metal Mixer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for mixing and preparing metal alloys and ensuring their quality and consistency, as well as maintaining the equipment and managing the production flow.

Responsibilities

• Prepare raw materials for blending and mixing
• Conduct quality control tests on mixed metals
• Adhere to safety practices throughout the production process
• Document production metrics and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
• Optimize mixing procedures to enhance efficiency
• Monitor equipment performance and report any malfunctions
• Assist in inventory management of raw materials
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations
• Participate in training programs for new equipment or procedures

Requirements

Education

• Additional qualifications in metallurgy preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in metal mixing or related production roles

Technical Skills

• Experience with quality control processes
• Familiarity with industrial mixing processes

Soft Skills

• Effective communication
• Organizational skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in team leadership: Previous roles involving supervising a small team within a production environment.
• Knowledge of quality improvement methodologies: Familiar with Lean manufacturing principles and practices.
