We are seeking a skilled Finished Metal Repairer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for repairing and restoring finished metal products. This role requires expertise in metalworking techniques and the ability to work with various metals, ensuring that all repairs meet quality and safety standards. Your attention to detail and craftsmanship will play a critical role in delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of metal items to assess damage.
• Utilize metalworking tools proficiently to execute repairs.
• Document repairs and materials utilized for quality assurance.
• Collaborate with the quality control team to meet standards.
• Contribute ideas for process improvements in metal restoration.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety.
• Train and mentor junior staff on repair techniques and processes.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate IV in Metal and Engineering
• Relevant trade certificate is highly regarded

Experience

• 3+ years of related industry experience is preferred
