Job Description

The Bead Trimmer will be responsible for trimming beads to precise dimensions in accordance with production specifications. The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to operate trimming machines efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Operate bead trimming machines to cut and finish beads to required specifications.
• Monitor the production process to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain and troubleshoot machinery as needed.
• Conduct regular quality checks and document results.
• Clean and maintain work areas and equipment.
• Assist in training new operators on machinery.
• Collaborate with other team members to optimize production.
• Follow safety protocols diligently.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Formal training or certification in bead trimming or related field preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in bead trimming or related field

Technical Skills

Languages
