Job Description

As a Retail Inventory Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining optimal inventory levels across our retail locations. You will develop tracking systems, forecast demand, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure stock availability, enabling us to better meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and enhance inventory management practices.
  • Compile and analyze sales data to predict future stock needs.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers to facilitate inventory replenishment.
  • Ensure inventory integrity through audits and checks.
  • Utilize inventory management software to track stock levels.
  • Work closely with the Retail Operations Manager on inventory strategies.
  • Prepare comprehensive presentations on inventory performance for management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in retail inventory management
