Job Description

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Shank Piece Tacker to join our team. In this role, you will operate machinery to tack shanks onto shoe soles, ensuring that all products meet stringent quality standards while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all products are assembled according to customer specifications.
• Assist in the training of new production staff.
• Report any machinery malfunctions or unsafe conditions to supervisors.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production targets and improvements.
• Document production activities and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certificate in manufacturing or related field preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
