As a Slipper at ABC Slipper Manufacturing, you will play a critical role in the production and distribution of high-quality slippers. Your responsibilities include operating machinery, assembling slippers, and ensuring quality control. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented and possess a knack for craftsmanship, as you will be contributing to the creation of comfortable footwear that meets our customers' expectations.

Responsibilities

• Run production line machinery, ensuring proper function.
• Inspect slippers, ensuring they meet company quality standards.
• Assist in designing and developing slipper prototypes.
• Help manage supply chain logistics for raw materials.
• Maintain cleanliness in the workspace, following cleanliness protocols.
• Participate actively in safety drills and training.
• Report defects and irregularities in products.
• Monitor workflow and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams.
• Contribute to regular maintenance schedules.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certification in textile or manufacturing is preferred

Experience

• Experience in textile manufacturing or a similar field preferred.
