Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled Metal-Refining Furnace Operator or Tender to join our dedicated team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for operating furnaces used in refining metal and ensuring that all processes are carried out safely and efficiently. Responsibilities

• Supervise the operation of metal-refining furnaces to ensure quality output.
• Adjust operating parameters based on material properties and production needs.
• Conduct routine safety audits and training sessions.
• Coordinate with logistics for material supply and inventory management.
• Participate in production meetings to discuss performance goals.
• Streamline processes for better workflow and efficiency.
• Manage waste disposal and environmental compliance.
• Act as a mentor to junior staff, fostering a learning environment.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Technical Training in Metal Refining is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment
