Responsibilities

• Configure wire spinning machines to optimize production
• Input wire into the machinery and oversee the operation
• Conduct regular quality assurance checks on products
• Modify machine parameters for consistency in production
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on machines
• Communicate with team members to discuss production goals
• Adhere to health and safety regulations in the workplace
• Record and report production metrics and machine status
• Assist in training new hires on machinery operation and safety practices
