Responsibilities

• Adjust and calibrate machines based on gemstone type and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with other team members to align production goals.
• Conduct regular inspections of gemstone quality and report findings.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Assist in the training of junior staff members in machine operation and safety practices.
• Participate in product development meetings to offer insights on production capabilities.
• Maintain accurate records of production and quality checks.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in producing high-quality finished products

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with various gemstone types
• Machinery proficiency

Languages
