Responsibilities

• Utilize brushing equipment to apply coatings smoothly and evenly.

• Monitor paint supplies and notify when reordering is necessary.
• Support the loading and unloading of equipment and materials.
• Work alongside other production personnel to ensure cohesive operations.
• Adhere to daily production targets and quality standards.
• Maintain meticulous records of tasks completed for tracking purposes.
• Engage in continuous improvement practices to enhance workflow.
• Assist in training new staff on brushing techniques.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing projects.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Painting and Decorating or equivalent

Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in brushing techniques is required.
