Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Worker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery, ensuring their safe and effective operation. You will work closely with other technicians to troubleshoot issues and implement preventative maintenance measures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fault diagnosis on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Implement an effective schedule for routine maintenance checks.
• Communicate effectively with other departments regarding machinery functionality.
• Evaluate and improve existing maintenance procedures.
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with industry safety guidelines.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate IV in Engineering or equivalent

Experience

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment

• First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with CNC Machinery: Familiarity with programming and maintaining CNC machines.
