Responsibilities

• Carry out various welding processes including MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
• Review project specifications and plan work accordingly.
• Perform routine inspections on welding equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with designers and engineers during project execution.
• Document work performed and maintain accurate records.
• Assist in training junior team members.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the production process.
