The Loom Fixer Helper will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of weaving machinery. With responsibilities ranging from assisting in repairs to maintaining machinery, you'll contribute significantly to our textile production process.

Responsibilities

• Support the Loom Fixer in machinery upkeep.
• Monitor looms for performance and safety defects.
• Ensure all tools and machinery are correctly maintained.
• Assist in setting up looms for production runs.
• Document maintenance and repairs for compliance.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency.
• Manage inventory of tools and mechanical parts.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain adherence to quality control standards.
• Help train and mentor junior staff.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Trade certificate in mechanical engineering preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years in a production or maintenance role

Technical Skills

• Experience with Mechanical Tools
• Knowledge of Loom Operations

Languages
