Job Description

The Processor Helper will assist in the processing of materials in a manufacturing environment, ensuring that production targets are met in a timely and efficient manner. This role is essential in maintaining the flow of production while adhering to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in inventory management and material handling.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production targets and improvements.
• Adapt to changing production schedules and requirements.
• Help train new staff on proper procedures and safety measures.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent, technical qualification preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role preferred

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of Safety Regulations
• Experience with Machinery

Soft Skills

• Communication Skills
• Time Management Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with specific machinery or equipment used in the industry: Familiarity with machinery specific to our manufacturing processes.
• Experience in a similar role, such as Machine Operator: Prior experience as a Machine Operator is advantageous.
• Experience with quality control processes: Knowledge of quality assurance practices is a plus.
