Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Pigment Processor to join our production team. This role involves preparing and processing pigments for our state-of-the-art paint manufacturing processes. Responsibilities

• Receive and manage raw materials for pigment production.
• Accurately weigh and measure pigments according to production requirements.
• Blend pigments using mixing equipment, ensuring adherence to recipe specifications.
• Perform tests on pigment batches to confirm adherence to quality standards.
• Document all production processes and results in log sheets.
• Maintain a safe and organised workspace, following all safety protocols.
• Assist with additional production duties to enhance team effectiveness.
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Process Manufacturing or equivalent

Experience

• 2+ years experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on pigment processing highly desirable.

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations: Familiarity with OH&S standards within manufacturing.
