Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Jewelry Inspector who will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections on our jewelry products. You will identify and document quality issues, collaborating closely with the production team to ensure that all items meet our stringent standards. This role is vital in our mission to deliver only the best to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Review and assess the quality of raw materials used in production.
  • Oversee the quality of imported components and their compliance.
  • Implement corrective actions to address any quality defects.
  • Assist in the setup and calibration of quality monitoring equipment.
  • Liaise with suppliers to resolve material quality issues.

Requirements

Education
  • Certificate III in Jewellery Manufacturing
  • Diploma in Gemmology is highly regarded
Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in quality assurance within jewelry manufacturing
Technical Skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Knowledge of ISO standards
Soft Skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Team player
Certifications
  • Certified Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA)
  • GIA Gemologist Certification
Languages
  • English: Fluent
